1st place: $3,000
2nd place: $1,000
3rd place: $500

Overview and guidelines

1. The contentof the video must relate to climate change and not to the support of oropposition to any candidate for public office or any political party.
2. Videos must be 30 OR 60 seconds in length.
3. All videos can be uploaded through vimeo.com and must be tagged "climatematters."
4. Videos must be submitted between7/31-9/22.
5. Tenvideos with the most views per day are eligible to enter final roundand be viewed by judges who choose top three videos for prizes;Contestants are encouraged to promote their video to increase views.
6. Judgeswill select winning videos based primarily on the following criteria:(1) creativity, (2) coherence of message, (3) potential impact ofmessage on political leaders and, (4) inspiring message.
