WORLD OCEAN DAY SCREENINGS

Ocean acidification is a global menace. That’s why we are sparking awareness of the issue with a series of international screenings celebrating World Ocean Day 2009. The “official” WOD is really June 8, but that’s a Monday. So we’re inviting everyone to begin celebrating with A Sea Change on Saturday, June 6.

Saturday, June 6, at 3 pm EDT we’re webcasting a live panel discussion, partnering with the Beacon Institute for Rivers and Estuaries, including filmmakers Barbara Ettinger and Sven Huseby, and John Cronin, Director and CEO of Beacon Institute. Click here for Live Web Cast on June 6 at 3:00 pm EDT. [Note: the link will not be functional until we’re actually streaming, at 3 pm June 6.] We’ll be accepting emailed questions, angela at aseachange.net, and tweets to aseachange.
